Alex Weber
Focused on leadership? This is the keynote for you! Unstoppable Leadership begins with your unwavering commitment to yourself, your vision, and everyone you touch. But with this immense hunger for success comes immense pressure, challenges, and internal adversity. Alex Weber deep-dives on the actionable principles of what it takes to be an Unstoppable Leader. For yourself, and all those you lead.
Alex shares lessons and empowering stories from being one of the youngest coaches ever to win U.S. Lacrosse Coach of the Year, setting achievement records, and winning championships in his very first season of coaching – as well as uncommon & incredible stories from Leaders in the world. Alex honestly and openly talks about the challenges we face as leaders not only in our careers, but in our relationships and personal lives too.
Alex shows you how to navigate the external obstacles, internal roadblocks, and interpersonal dynamics that come with peak Leadership – especially how to best handle difficult personalities. A leader is only as successful as the people you lead, and we need to create a shared vision, cultivate a true bond centered upon trust, and activate our members to take positive action with our unified goals.
There is not one archetype for a leader, and we will identify, cultivate, and channel you to be your Unstoppable Leader. A leader that sets the tone for a culture of positivity, passion, and perseverance. This keynote is perfect for leaders of all experience levels who are ready to ignite a new season of achievement for themselves, and the people they lead!

From Parts Supplier to Growth Partner: Leveraging Modern Buyer Insights to Drive Contractor Loyalty
Hillary Semmelman
Today’s homeowners are changing faster than the average HVAC contractor can keep up with. They are highly informed, brand-conscious, and tech-reliant long before a technician ever arrives. But here is your massive opportunity: Contractors don’t just need equipment inventory from you anymore; they need business intelligence.
By understanding the shifting dynamics of the modern consumer, distributors can position themselves as indispensable growth partners. If you can teach your contractors how to win in today’s market, you secure their long-term loyalty and capture a massive share of wallet. This session breaks down the latest data from the American Home Comfort Study and translates it into a concrete roadmap your sales and territory managers can use to train, support, and lock in your contractor base.

Helping Your Contractors Win Light Commercial Business

Consider it your roadmap to the full breakout, where he’ll dig into the tools, strategies, and resources that turn commercial opportunity into closed projects. And turn distributors into their dealers’ most indispensable partners.
Profit Power: Leveraging AI in Wholesale Distribution
Jason Bader
Artificial Intelligence is revolutionizing businesses of all sizes. Numerous individuals assert having AI solutions or discuss its potential impact on transforming business practices. While the media predominantly concentrates on the macro applications of AI, there is considerably less conversation regarding the micro applications aimed at addressing specific business challenges. This session will address prominent challenges in wholesale distribution and illustrate how AI enhances efficiency and profitability. The focus is not on reducing headcount, which is a common concern among our associates. Leaders should guide teams to perceive AI as a productivity tool, rather than a replacement for our valued team members.

How to Develop High-Impact Territory Managers
Russ Horrocks
The Territory Manager role has never been more important — or more misunderstood. Too many TMs are left to figure it out on their own, defaulting to order-taking and price talk when the job actually calls for influence, trust, and the kind of partnership dealers can’t get anywhere else.
In this session, Russ Horrocks challenges conventional thinking and lays out the mindset, behaviors, and communication strategies that separate an average Territory Manager from an indispensable business partner. You’ll see how top performers create influence without pressure, strengthen distributor–dealer relationships, and uncover growth opportunities others walk right past — whether you’re developing brand-new TMs or sharpening seasoned ones.

Russ Horrocks
Vice President, Flow Odyssey
Russ Horrocks emerged as one of the most successful Comfort Advisors in America in the mid-90s. Russ quickly took to sharing his unique knowledge of buyer psychology with sales forces across the country. He turned his profession into a passion, educating and coaching in-home sales and service advisors to understand the critical skills necessary to achieve results far exceeding personal mindset limitations and corporate expectations.
Most trainers preach about product and process. Russ teaches and coaches his sales and service protégés not only about what to do in the home and how to do it, but more importantly, why. “Why” leads to a purpose, allowing the people his students serve to build a strong connection based on a position of trust, confidence, competence, and credibility. When matched with the creative execution of a process built to work with human nature and how people want to buy, it yields explosive growth.
Having mastered the sales process, in 2011 Russ joined with business development specialist, Drew Cameron, as Vice President of Flow Odyssey to help clients enhance the performance of their entire business, and transcend growing one person or department at a time. Together, they work in the trenches with their clients in every facet of building successful home services businesses.
Clients embrace Russ’s detailed holistic approach to assessing a company’s people, present state, and potential. Drawing a blueprint for success, he collaborates with clients onsite, online, and on the phone to achieve operational excellence with a hands-on strategic approach to growing people and implementing profit-based processes and systems. Clients benefit from Russ’s 20 years of knowledge and national experience, along with his relentless pursuit of building happy, effective, top-performing professionals and developing a culture of success and achievement.
